Tanning Lotion

What is a tanning lotion? I didn’t even know that something like this existed. After doing a little research I found out that a tanning lotion is a lotion that helps activate a compound called Melanin that helps with the darkening of the pigmentation of your skin.
With the popularity of tanning in general and the explosion of products related to tanning it can be daunting and frustrating to find the best lotion for you to use. Below I’ll outline 3 simple tips on choosing the right lotion for you.

  1. The seal to break the deal. Find the best lotion that will be mild on your skin and avoid the ones that are too strong for your skin. You can usually find this information on the seals that are on the lotion bottles.
  2. A little lighter a little darker. This supplements the first tip. Figure out how much or how little you want to tan then based on that choose the strength of the lotion.
  3. Which company created the product? Trust the name brands for the obvious reasons. They are consistent and you can guarantee the results. Although more expensive but you’re going to be paying for reliability and trust of the name brand.
